Before a Reiki Energy Healing Session
• Avoid eating heavy meals. If you need to eat, please eat a light meal or snack 1-2 hours prior to your
session
• Come in with an
open mind and trust the healing will be successful
• Use the restroom before the healing
• You may feel
sleepy or fall asleep during the session
What to Expect During a Reiki and Energy Healing Session
I will ask you to sit in a comfortable position, not crossing any arms or legs or you may lay down on your bed
or on a sofa. Please make sure there are no
distractions around you. No Television. You may close your eyes and relax. Allow the Reiki Energy to flow
through you. You might see colors, faces, feel tingling numbing sensations, coolness or warmth, or you might feel like floating, or you might not feel anything. This is all normal. If there is
anything that feels uncomfortable, please let me know.
What to Expect After your Healing Session
Once your session is complete, you will be asked to
drink water to release the toxins in your body. You might experience physical symptoms, like a mild fever, or
headache or nothing at all.
If you have any questions about what you are experiencing after the session, please contact me. Let the energies work through you
to clear out what is no longer serving your highest good. Please know from my sessions, I help release negative energies from your body, so your
body
needs
time to adjust to the new frequency of your body.
